Innovad | A high-performing AP process thanks to consultant Stijn

The challenge

Innovad needed reinforcement. Their AP process was not yet fully digital because the recognition of invoices still needed to be refined. Furthermore, the reporting of the budget via PowerBi was not yet up to par. They needed support to create all PowerBi reports from A to Z for the various subsidiaries and to improve them where necessary.

Thanks to Stijn’s knowledge of Accounts payable processes, OCR and SAP, he has added great value and the AP process is now much more efficient. There is much better reporting, everything is now consolidated: both for the subsidiaries and for the group.

Finally, the client wanted a permanent solution instead of a temporary one, for which Ufinity has ensured a permanent recruitment. By transferring Stijn to the new, permanent colleague, continuity at Innovad is now guaranteed, the reports are well maintained and less external support is needed.
