Responsibilities:

Even though you are not part of the finance department, as a business process analyst, you are the ideal partner for this team.

  • You monitor existing systems and processes and strive to optimize them.
  • You combine a proactive and conceptual mindset with a strong understanding of the business.
  • You engage in dialogue with your internal clients (finance team) and think critically with them.
  • You succeed in identifying specific needs and realizing optimized comprehensive solutions.
  • You don’t lose sight of the impact on the current situation and potential dependencies on other ongoing initiatives.
  • You closely monitor market developments to inform and inspire your internal clients (finance team).

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, economics (TEW), finance, or commercial engineering.
  • You have knowledge of O2C, treasury, P2P, GL, and AA. You have experience with process-based entrepreneurship.
  • You are flexible, results-oriented, and stress-resistant.
  • You are a natural analyst with business knowledge.
  • You communicate clearly and deliver your message in a non-technical, yet concrete way.
  • According to Insights Discovery, you have a predominantly blue/red profile.

Salary:

€4,110 to €7,240 gross, depending on experience, age, and fringe benefits specific to the employer and sector.
