As a Business Controller you therefore not only have a supporting task, but you are also an important link in the optimization of financial processes. Specifically, you make insightful analyses around profitability, return on investment and impairments in cash flows. In addition, you draw up budgets, forecasts and variance analyses and investigate industry trends when necessary.

If you start working as a Financial Controller, you will control the monthly, quarterly and annual closing. You collect and examine the financial information and KPIs of the various departments and design the monthly management reporting. The auditor has you as contact person and you are also called in for ad hoc analyses and projects.
