Responsibilities:

As a corporate lawyer, you provide legal advice focusing on contract and corporate law.

  • You negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • You oversee acquisitions.
  • You mediate between clients and suppliers to avoid disputes.
  • You are the first point of contact for external lawyers.
  • You continuously stay informed of relevant developments and trends, monitor legislation, case law, legal doctrine, and trends, and adjust internal procedures as needed.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in law
  • You have excellent knowledge of contract and corporate law.
  • You have strong communication skills and can convey your points of view convincingly.
  • You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
  • According to Insights Discovery, you have a predominantly blue/red profile.

Salary:

€2,230 to €6,110 gross, depending on experience, age, and employer-specific fringe benefits and sector.
