Responsibilities:

As a finance manager, you are ultimately responsible for the accounting.

  • You monitor the financial flow and prepare the annual accounts.
  • You maintain contact with auditors and banks.
  • You maintain contact with the various departments, department heads, and employees within the organization.
  • You manage the maintenance of general and secondary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, expenses, property, operating expenses, and insurance data.
  • You perform cost analyses.
  • You supervise and prepare various financial statements and reports.
  • You review the financial statements with management.

As a finance manager, you assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to financial management, budgeting, accounting, and/or payroll. You will also manage the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Accountancy & Taxation), Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics (TEW), Finance, or Commercial Engineering.
  • IAB or BIBF status is a plus.
  • You are analytical.
  • You have a thorough command of accounting rules.
  • You are accurate and enjoy structured work.
  • You communicate fluently at various levels.
  • You possess excellent people management skills.
  • Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
  • According to Insights Discovery, you have a predominantly blue or red profile.

Salary:

€6,000 to €10,110 gross, depending on experience, age, and fringe benefits specific to the employer and sector.
