Responsibilities:

As a financial business partner, you are the sparring partner for the finance and operational departments.

  • You combine strong financial acumen with excellent business knowledge.
  • You help initiate new activities and oversee existing projects.

  • You closely monitor the risks associated with activities.
  • You work with legal and tax advisors to assess the risks of contracts.
  • You ensure clear reporting to management and other stakeholders.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics (TEW), finance, or commercial engineering.
  • You have an impactful personality.
  • You are flexible, results-oriented, and stress-resistant.
  • You are a natural analyst with business knowledge.
  • You have experience in process-oriented entrepreneurship and as a business partner. You communicate clearly and deliver your message in a non-technical, yet concrete way.
  • According to Insights Discovery, you have a predominantly red/yellow profile.

Salary:

€4,110 to €7,250 gross, depending on experience, age, and fringe benefits specific to the employer and sector.
