Financial Controlling Manager

Responsibilities:

As a financial controlling manager, you manage the business and financial controls and report to the CFO. You act as a project leader in financial projects to optimize the financial systems.

  • You oversee budgets and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • You monitor cash flows.
  • You manage internal audits.
  • If necessary, you help integrate acquisitions.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in commercial sciences, economics (TEW), finance, or commercial engineering.
  • You are highly analytical and maintain a bird’s-eye view.
  • You are proficient with ERP packages and BI (Business Intelligence) for reporting.
  • You communicate clearly and deliver your message in a non-technical, yet concrete way.
  • You’ll work closely with your own team and colleagues in accounting and the departments for which you are responsible (sales & marketing, supply chain, purchasing).
  • You possess excellent people management skills.
  • According to Insights Discovery, you have a predominantly red/blue/yellow profile.

Salary:

€6,410 to €12,330 gross, depending on experience, age, and fringe benefits specific to the employer and sector.
