M&A Analyst

Responsibilities:

As an M&A analyst, you advise on mergers and acquisitions.

  • You analyze and implement the due diligence process.
  • You support the preparation of sales and financing documents, financial analysis, financial modeling, propositions, and more.
  • You analyze market information and develop business cases.
  • You develop financing proposals and acquisition plans.
  • You prepare and attend meetings with potential buyers and sellers.
  • You have extensive expertise in valuations and value analyses of companies and investments.
  • You understand better than anyone how debt can be used for large investments.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in commercial sciences, economics (TEW), finance, or commercial engineering.
  • You are highly analytical and maintain a bird’s-eye view.
  • You are proficient in Excel (primarily financial modeling).
  • You are a strong communicator and adept at building and maintaining relationships.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • According to Insights Discovery, you have a predominantly red/yellow profile.

Salary:

€4,110 and €7,780 gross, depending on experience, age, and fringe benefits specific to the employer and sector.
