In 6 clear steps

1. Intake & Analysis

We start with an in-depth conversation about your organization:

  • Who are you guys? What typifies your culture and finance team?
  • What makes you unique as an employer?
  • What does the ideal candidate look like?

We immediately prepare a comprehensive and personalized job description.

2. Video recording on site.

Together with you and your team we make an authentic vacancy video (at no extra cost). Our Marketer and Recruiter visit your office and film both interviews and atmospheric images to give candidates a real insight into your company.

Why video? 📹 spreads 5 times faster through social media and makes your culture tangible and authentic. Your job posting will not become a standard text on a job site, but a personal story that makes a difference.

3. Publication & Dissemination

After approval, we publish the vacancy and video:

  • On our website, socials (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Through job boards (StepStone, LinkedIn Jobs, etc.)
  • On the personal networks of our recruiters
  • You also distribute the video through your own channels for maximum reach

4. Targeted search

We activate our network and yours to target candidates. We also target latent job seekers: people who are not actively looking, but who are touched by a strong story.

5. Follow-up & Evaluation.

For 12 weeks, we monitor everything closely. We give updates, discuss reactions and adjust where necessary. Optional advertising budgets (e.g. €250/7 days) can also provide additional visibility.

6. Good match found?

Top! The candidate can start with you. We supervise the entire process until he/she has settled in.
