Training policy

A training at Ufinity always takes place in Kontich, at Veldkant 13, unless otherwise stated.

A payment can be made by invoice, but can also be sent privately to your home address. You will not be admitted to the training until payment has been made, or you can provide proof of payment of the scheduled payment.

If a very practical topic is brought up, such as Excel Power Pivots, we explicitly ask you to bring your own laptop. This may require you to install a certain(er) version of a program, such as Microsoft Office Excel. We provide a guest account on our wifi network.

Have you registered for a training, but unfortunately cannot attend? You can cancel up to exactly 1 week before the training takes place. For example, if you registered for the training on Thursday 23 January 2020, you can cancel free of charge up to and including Thursday 16 January 2020. If you do not cancel on time, the original invoice will be retained.

During the event, photos and/or videos may be taken that can be shared on all Ufinity socials afterwards. In doing so, you automatically give your consent. If you do not agree, please let us know the day before the event.
