Training at Ufinity always takes place in Kontich, at Veldkant 13, unless otherwise stated.
A payment can be made by invoice or sent privately to your home address. You will not be admitted to the training until payment is made, or you can provide proof of payment of the scheduled payment.
If a very practical topic is covered, such as Excel Power Pivots, we explicitly ask you to bring your own laptop. This may require you to install a particular(er) version of a program, such as Microsoft Office Excel. We provide a guest account on our wifi network.
Are you registered for a training, but unfortunately you cannot attend? You can cancel your registration exactly 1 week before the training takes place. For example, if you registered for the training of Thursday, January 23, 2020, you can cancel free of charge until Thursday, January 16, 2020. Don’t cancel in time? Then the original invoice will be kept.

During the event, photos and/or videos may be taken that can be shared on all Ufinity socials afterwards. In doing so, you automatically give your consent. If you do not agree, please let us know the day before the event.
