Junior Controller

Responsibilities:

  • You will monitor the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
  • You will assist with and monitor budgets, variance analyses, and forecasts at the company level.
  • You will collect and examine the financial information and KPIs of the various departments.
  • You will prepare and monitor monthly management reporting (possibly in BGAAP or IFRS).
  • You will also be the contact person for the auditor.
  • You will be deployed on ad hoc analyses and projects.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics (TEW), finance, or commercial engineering.
  • You are highly analytical and maintain a bird’s-eye view.
  • You are proficient in Excel (pivot tables, macros, and power pivots).
  • You are proficient with ERP packages and BI (Business Intelligence) for reporting. You have strong communication skills to explain complex matters clearly.
  • You feel at home with reporting tools, consolidating, and interpreting figures.
  • According to Insights Discovery, you have a predominantly blue profile.

Salary:

€3,110 to €4,670 gross, depending on experience, age, and fringe benefits specific to the employer and sector.
