Under the Ufinity umbrella, you can experience a varied range of projects within accounting & controlling, credit & treasury, audit, and M&A for a period of several months. This is as a paid trainee! You’ll learn how to work with an ERP package. You will be deployed, actively and almost independently, at the core of the financial process:
- Accounting (booking invoices, banks, and payroll; preparing VAT returns; preparing provisions; processing and calculating performance; etc.)
- Treasury (opening accounts; arranging authorizations; etc.)
- Credit (following up on outstanding accounts receivable; analyzing payments; etc.)
- Controlling (reconciliations; reporting; attending budget meetings; preparing for incorporation; conducting ad hoc analyses; etc.)
- Audit (external & internal audit; mapping & analyzing processes; etc.)
- M&A (providing support with due diligence; contributing to valuation calculations; etc.)
You will actively collaborate with your team colleagues on questions or more complex matters. After a few months, you can evaluate your strengths, your talents, and where you may have been wasting too much energy. You’ll easily grow into the role of Junior Project Consultant, where we at Ufinity will look for your first real project with one of our clients (medium-sized and large companies in manufacturing and services).
You have recently graduated or are graduating with a degree in:
- Accountancy/Taxation
- Business Administration
- Economics (TEW, etc.)
- Commercial Engineering
You will invest a certain number of months in a practical traineeship and become a Project Consultant for Ufinity clients. What will you learn during this traineeship?
- Knowledge of an ERP package;
- Professional use of MS Excel;
- At least six months of practical experience and training;
- Extensive (basic) exposure to the real world;
- A perspective on the future;
- The charm of a small business.
