As a Business Analyst, you will present yourself diplomatically as a business partner. You are the link between project managers, key users, and various departments. You have a technical attitude and maintain an overview in line with the business needs. Furthermore, you have experience in documenting and supporting business processes. You are the central point of contact for all functional challenges.

As a Functional Analyst, you define, analyse, and document all the requirements of a system solution. Subsequently, you support its implementation. While building the system, you work closely with software engineers. You also draw up test scenarios and ensure a smooth implementation by providing support to key users.
