VaultSpeed. Solving productivity paradox in data warehousing.

VaultSpeed was founded in 2019. They focus on creating a transformative business for the long-term and achieving our mission to solve the productivity paradox in data warehousing.

They combine the best automation, Data Vault modelling and cloud native performance. Everything to make data warehouse projects less error-prone and time-consuming.

VaultSpeed has been using Excel for Financial Reporting and Analysis, taking data from several data sources, enriching data with additional attributes, performing calculations.

Yet, manual Excel process keeps being time-consuming and error-prone. That’s why VaultSpeed was looking for a solid but flexible solution to automate several reports. The solution they found? Working together with Ufinity Technology to implement the Power BI tool with managed access to reports.

VaultSpeed has completely moved their Management reporting to PowerBI Solution, including

• Monthly Process to collect 3 Financial Statements: P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Metrics and KPIs derived from Financial Results
• Monthly Reoccurring Revenue (MRR) Reporting and Forecasting (including Subscription Revenue Forecasting)

On top of that in collaboration with IT service management team, Vaultspeed has switched to JIRA tickets analysis and reporting in Power BI.
